Your Private Residence, ranging from an ample studio to a large one or two bedroom, provides solitude and privacy. While all the amenities Cordia Senior Residence offers are important, we recognize that every resident wants their own home to return to at day’s end. Our apartments are designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Our studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments offer spacious living and eating areas, and large, accessible bathrooms. Many apartments offer full kitchens, others feature kitchenettes which include a refrigerator and microwave oven. Cordia understands that downsizing from a house can be difficult and so we provide ample closet space. Many of our apartments have washer/dryer hook-ups for those who prefer not to use the complementary common laundry facilities. When a resident moves in, apartments are freshly painted and carpeted just waiting for you to decorate the apartment to your taste, making it your own.
