Many units have spectacular views of our beautiful courtyard and the adjacent manicured golf course. How do I know what services are needed for myself, or my loved ones?
Our Wellness Director visits with each potential resident and completes an assessment in his or her home. The assessment helps the senior and our staff understand the resident’s unique needs. We can then decide jointly whether assisted living or independent services is the best option.

What is the religious orientation of your community?
Our community is nonsectarian. We welcome residents who practice any and all religions.
Is Cordia Senior Residence close to shopping and public transportation?
Yes. Our van will take you to various destinations on a regular, scheduled basis. Cordia is close to shopping centers, which offer grocery stores, banks, drug stores, restaurants, hairdressers, drycleaners and tailors, and clothing shops. We also schedule transportation each week for resident medical appointments.
