Independent Living at Cordia is designed for independent seniors who need little or no assistance. Independent seniors who choose this option will never again worry about the tedious tasks of daily life. Instead, they will fill their hours enjoying the unique artistic, cultural, social, educational, and recreational options at Cordia.

Independent Living includes once-weekly housekeeping and linen service, three meals daily in the restaurant-style dining room, unlimited access to all Cordia programs and amenities, utilities including cable television service, valet parking and scheduled transportation.

Spacious, secure, and well-appointed, your apartment at Cordia Senior Residence provides you with ample privacy. With studios ranging in size from 430 square feet to two-bedroom residences tallying up at nearly 1,000 square feet, you are certain to find the perfectly-sized apartment to suit your needs. Whichever floor plan you choose, it is guaranteed to come complete with kitchen space, large bathrooms, and the feeling that finally, you’ve arrived in a home sweet home that requires far less of you than it provides.
